The most amazing thing happened last night at the hospital. For a brief moment, JJ was really and truely with us. Her husband was leaning over about 5 inches from her face making kissy noises at her. She looked at him, smiled and puckered up her lips to kiss back. He gave her a kiss. It definately pulled at my emotions and brought a tear to my eyes. After that, she pretty much just looked around and didnt' show any facial movement when looking at pictures of her beloved dogs or when we spoke to her the rest of the evening. Thats ok, it was wonderful. I usually head out to the hospital on Saturday morning, but I have a lot of things that I need to do today, so that I can be lazy tomorrow on Mother's Day. ;) I need to get my son's graduation announcements out and party invitations done. My ex husband will be coming over to pick up his daughter and he needs to talk to me about the siding and replacement windows for the house. Then we are going to look at windows at Home Depot and Lowes and I need to buy some bug killer for the lawn and some ant killer for around the outside of the house. Seems as though we have ants again, thats another story all for its own. Then we will be meeting some friends from the camaro club for dinner tonight at Olive Garden to talk about our trip next weekend.
