Growing webbed feet
I can hardly believe that Fredericksburg Area has a water deficit and a looming water restriction hanging over our heads, with the amount of rain we have had over the past couple of weeks, I am starting to grow webbed feet. Please find help if you hear me start to Quack. ;)
